Hello Lo-Elliott Family!
We’ve been thinking about you and miss you all so much. Although we have not seen you over the past few months physically, our team has been working to ensure our patients have been remotely cared for through phone calls, texts, emails and video check-ins. We’ve really enjoyed keeping connected and have loved hearing how you are managing life through this crazy time. Thank you for trusting us and this process!
We are so proud of our working team as we navigated our way by learning new protocols, technology, and systems to manage all of what we do here at Lo-Elliott Orthodontics–in isolation mode. We continued our morning “huddles” through video conferencing to keep us connected with each other, our families, and communities. We are also working hard in preparation for heading back to work, educating ourselves with the science and research through live webinars, Zoom meetings, discussions, and endless readings.
When we return to work, Lo-Elliott will see some changes! However, our mission to provide our patients with the highest quality orthodontics in a warm and caring environment will never change. We may look a little different, but everything we do will be driven by a goal to ensure you are all safe and sound.
Going forward, we will continue to do some virtual check-ins depending on your treatment stage. We have continued to “see” brand new patients interested in orthodontic treatment including Invisalign utilizing our new Virtual Hello consultation. New patients appreciate the ease of this new process, which occurs completely from the comfort of home. Please let any family and friends who are interested in treatment to contact us for more information regarding our new Virtual Hello.
You can expect more information about our re-opening and the details regarding your next appointments to come very shortly. Although specific re-opening dates have been planned, we must ultimately await our mandating College before proceeding with them. In the mean time we will continue to do our very best to care for you, and work hard preparing our team and office for your return.
There is always hope and promise through adversity. This time has given us a tremendous opportunity for growth and improvement that we are excited to share these with you moving into the future. Thank you for your trust!
