Thinking of our 2020 graduates…

posted: May 12, 2020

Hello, it’s Trish here! As most of you know, I’m one of the Scheduling Coordinators at Lo-Elliott Orthodontics.

As a parent of two girls graduating from high school this year, I wanted to do something special for all our graduates who we have come to know over the years here at our office, and especially at this uncertain time in the world of COVID-19. With my own two girls experiencing a very different kind of graduation this year, it really hit home for me that so many graduation celebrations have been affected, and I feel deeply for all of the kids and their families.

As time moves forward, the art of penmanship is somewhat lost. We typically don’t receive much in the mail anymore, aside from a few packages ordered on-line, and rarely a handwritten note. My intention is for something small, yet special and unique, to arrive in the mail to our graduates this year. If I touch one person or made someone smile, my intention will be a success!

As I personally write in each of these 364 graduation cards (see picture below), it feels great to be in touch again with past patients, as well as current ones. I enjoy thinking of each and every one with fondness, and a smile as I address their card.

Happy High School Graduation to all our patients! We wish you happiness and success in all your future endeavours!

Trish
